This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the "Circle Grader App" (the "App") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the App. This privacy policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by the App creator.

2. Personal Identification Information

The Circle Grader App does **not** collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from its users. We do not require users to register, provide an email address, or submit any data to use the core functions of the App.

• Camera Usage: The App requires access to your device's camera solely to capture images for processing (monochrome conversion and pixel counting). This image data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
• Local Storage: If a user chooses to save a processed image, that data is stored locally on the user's device and remains under the user's control. We do not access or transmit these saved images.

3. Non-personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our App. Non-personal identification information may include technical information about the device, suchably crash logs, which are automatically generated by the operating system (Android/iOS) and may be visible to us only if the User opts into sharing diagnostic data with the App Store or Google Play. We do not use any third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics) that track usage within the App.

We will disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.

We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect (or in our case, do not collect).
